Individual Session

$125 per 45-minute session.

Couples Session

$125 per 45-minute session

Group Therapy

$60 per 90 minute group session

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Insurance

Contact your insurance company to see if your plan covers you for "out-of-network" psychotherapy services. You can check your coverage by asking the following questions:

• Do I have out of network mental health (or behavioral health) insurance benefits?
• What is my out of network deductible (if any) and has it been met yet by other medical expenses?
• What is the coverage amount (or percentage) per therapy session?

Some insurance companies that we work with "out-of-network" include: Aetna, Oxford, United Behavioral Health, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, GHI, HIP, MHN, Magellan Behavioral Health, and ValueOptions.

Payment

Cash and checks are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
