About Us

Bill McManusBill McManus, LCSW has comprehensive experience working as a psychotherapist in both private practice and outpatient mental health clinics. Bill has worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, separation, breakups, midlife issues, jealousy, low self-esteem, lack of trust, anger, unsatisfactory relationships, addictions, and obsessional thinking and constant intrusive thoughts. Part of Bill's philosophy involves working with individuals to understand their symptoms in an effort to help them learn how to manage, reduce and/or eliminate them.

Bill is a New York University alumnus and is affiliated with the Training Institute for Mental Health which provides advanced training in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. Bill also has a MBA and Engineering degree. His earlier technical and business experience helps inform his practice in working analytically and from a problem solving perspective. Career counseling is another specialty in Bill's practice.
